Return and Refund Policy – PROXIDIS PRO

1. Products Covered

Products sold by PROXIDIS PRO are beverages and food products intended for professionals (B2B). Due to their nature, some products cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene and food safety.

2. Accepted Returns

A return will only be accepted in the following cases:

  • Product defective or damaged upon delivery
  • Proven error by PROXIDIS PRO in the order (incorrect product delivered)

3. Conditions for Making a Return

  • The customer must report the problem within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • The return must be pre-approved by PROXIDIS PRO.
  • Returned products must be in their original, unopened packaging, unless the product is defective.

4. Refund

  • After validation and receipt of the returned product, PROXIDIS PRO will process the refund or exchange.
  • The refund is limited to the amount paid for the product concerned.
  • Shipping costs are only refundable if the error originated from PROXIDIS PRO.

5. Products Not Eligible for Return

  • Opened or consumed products
  • Products past their expiration date
  • Products delivered correctly and without defect
